NowLicenseMe.com offers three different courses. We offer the 4-year real estate agent's license course and we offer the real estate broker's course. We also offer supplemental courses for those who currently have an 18-month conditional real estate license and need to upgrade to the 4-year license. As of this year, the California Department of Real Estate is no longer offering the 18-month conditional real estate license. Those wishing to become a real estate agent must apply for the 4-year license.
4-Year Real Estate Agent's License
Three courses are required by the California Department of Real Estate in order to obtain the 4-year California Real Estate Agent's License. The books Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practice are mandatory. The third course can be selected from any of the remaining courses. All three courses along with the live weekend crash course are offered at a discounted rate of only $370, or $350 without the live course. All of our students can qualify for 100% tuition reimbursement.
4-Year Real Estate Broker's License
Eight courses are required by the California Department of Real Estate in order to obtain the California Real Estate Broker's License. The courses already taken and passed for your real estate agent's license count toward your broker's license. Please select five additional courses not already taken from the list below. Each course is $75 plus shipping. (Note: If you already have a license, you do NOT need the RE Principles course)
Upgrade from the 18-Month Conditional Real Estate License to the 4-Year License
Note: This course is only for those individuals who already possess the 18-month conditional real estate agent's license and wish to obtain their 4-year real estate agent's license. Two additional courses are required. The book Real Estate Practice is mandatory. Select this book and one additional book from any of those listed below. Each course is $75 plus shipping.
